Kitchens, bathrooms and the latest technology in the show homes are always huge draws for people attending Parade of Homes events.

With changing tastes and lifestyles, MHBA builders understand that a detached single-family home may not be the right fit for everyone.

That’s why new condominiums are also an important feature of the Parade of Homes. Condos are a very attractive option for many potential homebuyers and our builders have included a wide variety of new condo show homes for to visit during this spring’s Parade event.
