The 2026 Winnipeg Renovation Show is only a few weeks away. The show traditionally kicks off the new year for home renovations.

Manitoba Home Builders’ Association renovator members are excited to once again be part of the Renovation Show, which is set to take place from Jan. 16-18 at the RBC Convention Centre.

Home renovations are a big part of our lifestyle in Manitoba. We historically spend more on home renovations per capita than residents of any other province, and Manitobans consistently spend more on renovations than on new-home construction. For those who are thinking of taking on a home renovation project in 2026, this is the show for you.

Manitoba Home Builders’ Association RenoMark renovators will once again be on hand at the 2026 Winnipeg Renovation Show with their Ask a Renovator booth.

The Winnipeg Renovation Show provides consumers with the chance to visit hundreds of renovation product suppliers and contractors, all under one roof. It provides a one-stop venue for consumers to get a sense of the renovation market and see, touch and feel what’s new and exciting in home renovation technology and style.

The MHBA’s Ask a Renovator booth will once again be staffed by professional RenoMark-certified renovators who are available to answer questions about home upgrades or renovation projects attendees may be planning or dreaming about. These professional renovators can provide attendees with a free 15-minute consultation to help steer them in the right direction with a new project for the home. Just come to the show and you will be able to pick the brains of some of Manitoba’s finest renovators.

Whether you are a do-it-yourselfer or looking for a professional to help, the Ask a Renovator booth is the perfect starting point for your next renovation project. No matter how big or small, no matter if you’re fully committed or just considering home upgrades, make sure you start your next renovation project off on the right foot with professional advice.

The Winnipeg Renovation Show opens on Friday, Jan. 16 at noon and runs until 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 18. Celebrity contractor and TV host Michael Holmes Jr., (the son of celebrity contractor Mike Holmes) who is the star of HGTV’s Holmes Family Rescue, will be the key celebrity speaker at this year’s show.

A roster of local experts and industry professionals will also be on hand to speak throughout the show’s run, with plenty of valuable information to share with attendees. Your ticket to the show gets you in to see all the entertaining and informative stage presenters.

Be sure to get your tickets soon, so you don’t miss out on the first big home renovation event of the year. For more information or to buy your tickets online, go to winnipegrenovationshow.com. The Winnipeg Renovation Show runs from Jan. 16-18 at the RBC Convention Centre.
